Located in Deauville, on the quays of the Touques River, less than 100m from the SNCF train station, this superb contemporary apartment features a balcony with a view of the port and the market of Trouville-sur-Mer.


With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is arranged as follows

- A spacious living area with a lounge/dining area equipped with a Smart UHD TV, as well as a high-quality convertible sofa bed (140x190cm).

- A fully equipped separate kitchen.

- On the sleeping side, you will find a beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm).

- A shower room with an "Italian-style" shower and backlit mirror.


The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino). The accommodation is unique in its style, chic and elegant, and very well equipped, with a breathtaking view of the Touques River.


Provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


Upon request, a private parking space can be made available for the duration of your stay. (Please note: the garage has a steep slope and is not suitable for long vehicles.)


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to claim damages from the security deposit for any excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

Our apartment has a central location. Situated on the Deauville peninsula, it is at the foot of the train station and allows easy access to the city centers of Deauville and Trouville in less than a 5-minute walk.

📅 Arrival and departure times
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM

- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM


⏳ Need flexibility?

- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.

- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).


⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

- No parties allowed

- Strictly non-smoking accommodation

- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.

- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
