##Space Superb T2 apartment located on the Deauville peninsula, it will charm travelers wishing to enjoy a magnificent view of the docks of Trouville while staying in a fully renovated and stylishly decorated accommodation! Located in Deauville, on the quays of the Touques River, less than 100m from the SNCF train station, this superb contemporary apartment features a balcony with a view of the port and the market of Trouville-sur-Mer.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is arranged as follows: - A spacious living area with a lounge/dining area equipped with a Smart UHD TV, as well as a high-quality convertible sofa bed (140x190cm). - A fully equipped separate kitchen. - On the sleeping side, you will find a beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm). - A shower room with an "Italian-style" shower and backlit mirror.
The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).
The accommodation is unique in its style, chic and elegant, and very well equipped, with a breathtaking view of the Touques River.
Provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Upon request, a private parking space can be made available for the duration of your stay. (Please note: the garage has a steep slope and is not suitable for long vehicles.) LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am.
No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to claim damages from the security deposit for any excesses or damages.
