Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Athena".


The apartment is located in the heart of Rouen's city center, right at the foot of the famous Vieux Marché Square. With its moldings and 4m high ceilings, this superb contemporary Haussmannian-style apartment offers all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! Many shops and restaurants are located right at the foot of the apartment.


With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment consists of the following

- A fully equipped open-plan American-style kitchen connected to the living room (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, workspace, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);

- A large living room area with seating;

- A master suite equipped with a King-size bed (180x200 cm) and a walk-in shower;

- A second master suite equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a walk-in shower;

- A laundry room with dressing room, washing machine, and dryer;

- Separate toilets.


The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen while being less than a 2-minute drive from the main roads.


We provide: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

NB: The apartment does not have a parking space, but numerous parking spaces are available nearby (especially the underground parking of Vieux Marché).

Also, since the apartment is located in one of the oldest buildings in Rouen, it has single-glazed windows, but soundproof and blackout curtains significantly reduce noise.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events are allowed in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages. We thank you for your understanding.

When staying in our apartment, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

We will be happy to accompany our guests throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.



##Neighborhood


The accommodation is located in the heart of Rouen, close to all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge is less than a 300m walk away).


Your journeys will be facilitated due to its proximity to railway and road networks. You will be only 10 minutes from the train station, making this accommodation ideally located for all your travels in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat...). You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to better organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.


We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be required when entering the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be done before your arrival.


If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
