Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Palace of Mirrors".


Completely renovated with taste, this superb T2 is located in the hypercenter of Caen, at the foot of the Marina, pedestrian streets, and shops. We can accommodate up to 3 travelers (ideally a couple and a child).


It is composed as follows

- A beautiful living space equipped with a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite series (access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube if you have an account), as well as a convertible sofa that can serve as an extra bed. For your comfort, we provide a mattress topper.

- A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, including refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals.

- A bedroom with workspace (ideal for telecommuting), featuring a quality double bed (140x200cm) and plenty of storage space.

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.


The accommodation does not have a private parking space; however, paid parking spaces outdoors and private car parks (Vendeuvre Parking, Resistance Parking) are available just a few steps from the apartment.


Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.


Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.

When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.



##Interaction


We will be delighted to personally welcome you to our beautiful apartment. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover more efficiently. We wish you a wonderful stay with us!

The accommodation is located in the heart of Caen, at the foot of the famous Quai Vendeuvre, Tour Leroy, Tram Bernière/St Pierre, close to shops, and just minutes away from all the city's most popular attractions. You will find numerous gourmet restaurants and various shops nearby.



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Physical check-in will be done between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to better organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.


We strive to provide you with quality service. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will incur a charge of 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon your arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unexpected events.


A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inspection of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.


If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
