With a maximum capacity of 4 people, it is composed as follows: - An open kitchen with a bar area including: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, dishes, utensils, plenty of storage, ... - A large living room with a lounge equipped with a smart UHD TV, a sofa bed, and a washing machine. - A beautiful duplex bedroom with comfortable bedding (140x200) and a dressing room. - A shower room with toilet.
The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy Rouen while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the Place du Vieux MarchĂŠ).
Provided for your convenience: A private parking space đ (please note limited parking space, difficult access for 4x4/SUV/sedans), bed linen and towels, tennis rackets, free WiFi, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, etc...
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator.

No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation.
