Located within the famous marinas of Deauville, this superb cozy apartment features a continuous terrace offering a superb 180° sea view.


With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment consists of

- A spacious living area with an open kitchen to a lounge area with direct access to the balcony/terrace.

- For the sleeping area, you will find a beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm) and sea view. ATTENTION: Please be aware that the apartment DOES NOT HAVE shutters. We have temporarily put up screens to limit brightness as much as possible; however, they are not full height, thus allowing daylight to pass through.

- A bathroom with bathtub.


The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).


Available for your use: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


On request, we can also offer you a private parking space.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

##Interaction


We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our apartment. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!



##Neighborhood


Our apartment is located in the heart of the marinas of Deauville, in a secure luxury residence. It is located 15 minutes walk from the Deauville-Trouville SNCF train station.



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.


We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our utmost to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be required upon entering the premises. A check-in and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
