Our charming apartment is located within the Roches Normandes residence, right next to the famous Roches Noires where Marguerite Duras and Marcel Proust stayed. You will be immediately captivated by its beachfront location.

Completely renovated, it's a true little paradise to enjoy the Trouville life and discover our beautiful region.


Located on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 2 people.


It is organized as follows

- a living/dining room equipped with a sofa offering a small niche with sea views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen area with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Senséo), kettle, and all the necessary equipment to cook good meals for couples or friends.

- 1 bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200cm)

- 1 shower room with a rain shower + toilet.


The residence is located in a quiet area, just steps from the famous Roches Noires, with direct and private access to the beach. The place is full of history, and we will not fail to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :)


Available for your use: Bed linen and towels, iron and ironing board. Please note that the accommodation has a TV in the bedroom, providing access only to Netflix, Youtube, etc. via mobile hotspot. WiFi works only in the living room.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages. When staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.



##Interaction


We will be pleased to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!



##Neighborhood


The apartment is ideally located in the famous Roches Noires district, on the edge of the Trouville-sur-Mer boardwalk and a few minutes from the Casino, the Cures Marines, and the best restaurants in the resort.



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4pm and 8pm. Please do not hesitate to inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible.


Check-out: Between 8am and 11am.


We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible regarding your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30pm will be charged €20, to be paid via the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In case of arrival after 10:30pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo report of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
