Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this magnificent duplex loft will surprise you with its comfort and unique decoration.
It will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay in Normandy.
Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the accommodation is composed as follows: - On the ground floor, a fully equipped "American" kitchen open to a dining area (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc.); - A beautiful living room with a lounge/dining area equipped with a Smart TV (with your credentials, you can connect to Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Canal+, etc.); - A small fully renovated shower room with toilet. - Sleeping area: upstairs, a beautiful bedroom with a quality Queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a small lounge; - Adjacent to the first bedroom, you will find a second bedroom equipped with two double beds in 90x200cm.
The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen while being in a quiet area.
The following are provided: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment has a private parking space in the courtyard.

No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation.

Man kann von hier aus wunderbar alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen. Die Betten sind gut, vis a vis liegt eine gute Bäckerei und um die Ecke ein hervorragend sortierter Supermarkt.
