##Space Beautiful triplex located in the heart of the marinas of Deauville, renovated, offering a magnificent view of the sea/beach of Deauville! It is the ideal place for a Norman getaway between Land & Sea! Located within the famous marinas of Deauville, with no overlooked views, and arranged over 3 levels (triplex), this superb contemporary apartment features a balcony/terrace with sea and beach views, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 with bunk beds), and 2 bathrooms (including one with a double shower).
It is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows: - On the first level: A spacious living area with a balcony/terrace (equipped with an outdoor table with 2 chairs) offering a panoramic view at 180° between land and sea, a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island that can accommodate up to 8 people, and a living room equipped with a Smart TV; - For the sleeping area, on the second level, you will find: 1 beautiful bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) offering a view of the Touques and the port of Trouville sur Mer, a bedroom equipped with 2 single bunk beds, and a very beautiful and spacious bathroom with a shower, Italian-style; - On the top level: a master suite equipped with a King size bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with double showers, and a separate toilet; - A resting and working space is also available, ideal for travelers wishing to work remotely.
The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).
Provided for your convenience: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washer dryer, dishwasher, etc...
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Upon request, a private outdoor parking space can be provided for the duration of your stay.
