##Space Stunning apartment with terrace located in the heart of the marinas, it will charm travelers looking to enjoy a beautiful view between land and sea! The accommodation is situated 5 minutes from the beach, shops, Place Morny, and a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station and the casino.
Located in the heart of the famous marinas of Deauville and completely renovated, this superb apartment will seduce you with its contemporary decoration and terrace overlooking the marina.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful setting (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).
Arranged on two levels and with a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows: On the first level: - A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) overlooking the back of the Marina, a second bedroom equipped with a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm offering a view below on the living room; - A bathroom with shower and washing machine; - Separate toilet.
On the lower level: - A spacious living area with terrace offering a magnificent view of the marina allowing you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine; - The kitchen is open to a beautiful and convivial living room with smart TV (+Netflix access) and a dining table offering a sea view.
NB: For accessibility and safety reasons, the Mezzanine located at the level of the staircase is not available / The host cannot be held responsible in case of accident.
Amenities provided include: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and to activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages.
