Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this magnificent T2 type apartment will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay in Normandy. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home!


With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows

- A fitted kitchen of the "American" type open to the living room, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.);

- A beautiful living room with a lounge/dining area, Smart TV (with your credentials you can connect to Netflix and Canal+);

- Sleeping area: A beautiful bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) well soundproofed for peaceful nights;

- Adjacent to the bedroom, you will find a superb bathroom with a bathtub. Separate toilet.


The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen while being in a quiet environment.


Provided for your convenience: bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. If you wish, we can also provide you with a baby cot (bedding not provided), just let us know before your stay.


NB: The apartment does not have a private parking space. However, the private underground parking of the city hall is located 50m from the apartment (fee required).


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be pleased to assist our guests throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.



##Neighborhood


The accommodation is located in the hyper center of Rouen, in close proximity to the city hall and less than a 10-minute walk from all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge, Old Market Square, etc.). You will reside close to shops and cultural centers.



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to better organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.


We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. Please be as precise as possible about your arrival times and notify your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


If you arrive after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be requested upon entry. A check-in inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.


If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
