Recently renovated with taste, this luxury apartment is located in a classified building dating back to the late 19th century and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.


It is the ideal place for a family stay, with friends, or even for business.


It is composed as follows

- a beautiful living area open to the kitchen/dining room. It is equipped with a high table that can accommodate 4 guests and a UHD TV.

- a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals.

- 2 bedrooms equipped with high-quality bedding (one bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, the second with a 140x200cm bed).

- 1 bathroom with traditional/design bathtub.

- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer.


The accommodation is located just a stone's throw away from the Abbey of Men, the town hall, and the famous Place St Sauveur.


Available to you for free: Bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee (for your check-in), iron and ironing board, and washing machine. A baby cot can be provided (upon request only).


Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10pm and 7am. No festive event will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage.

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.



##Interaction


We will be delighted to welcome you personally to our beautiful apartment. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as best as possible. We wish you a wonderful stay with us!



##Neighborhood


The apartment is ideally located in a quiet street in the heart of the historic center of Caen. You will find numerous gourmet restaurants, all kinds of shops, as well as quick access to public transportation (tramway and bus).



##Notes


Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4pm and 8pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8am and 11am.


We do our best to provide you with quality service. Please be as precise as possible about your arrival times and inform your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid by the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen events.


A valid ID may be required upon entering the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
