Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Shipowner".
Located in the famous Saint François neighborhood of Le Havre, precisely facing the traditional "Fish Market", this superb apartment, entirely renovated, offers you all the comfort necessary for a wonderful stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! In addition to optimal comfort, you can enjoy pleasant brightness, a view of the fishing port, and the atmosphere of the neighborhood combining tradition and dynamism. From the apartment, numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows
- A fully equipped open-plan American-style kitchen opening onto the living room (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, work surface, ample storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A large living area with a lounge and dining area;
- A first bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200 cm) with a wardrobe;
- A second bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe;
- A shower room;
- Separate toilet.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Le Havre while being less than a 5-minute drive from the main roads.
The following amenities are provided: bed linen and bath towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Note: A travel cot can be provided (upon request only).
Culture enthusiasts can visit the Maison de l'Armateur just a few meters away.
Please note that the apartment is located on the 1st floor (without an elevator, but the staircase is easily accessible). The apartment does not have a parking space, but numerous paid parking spaces are available nearby.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

The accommodation is located between downtown Le Havre and the seaside, close to all the main points of interest in the city (such as the Maison de l'Armateur, the MuMa museum, and the Volcan district, which are all easily accessible on foot).
Your travels will be facilitated by its proximity to railway and road networks. You will be just 10 minutes from the train station, making this accommodation ideally placed for all your trips in the region (to Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat, etc.). You are also close to all shops and cultural centers. Similarly, you can easily walk to the marina and the beach.

Check-in: Physical check-in will be between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover efficiently.
Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.
We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. We appreciate your precision regarding your arrival times and kindly ask you to inform your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will incur a charge of 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, and your night's stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unexpected delays.
A valid ID may be required upon check-in. A check-in inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.
If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€ per person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
