The apartment is a superb 2-room apartment of 50m² with exposed beams, fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It is composed as follows: - a beautiful living/dining area equipped with a fireplace (not usable) and a UHD TV. - a fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals. - 1 bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm). - 1 Italian-style shower room.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) within a charming typical residence of Caen.
Available for you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

No festive event will be tolerated within the accommodation.
