My Concierge in Normandy presents "l'Ile Enchantée".


The apartment is a large studio of nearly 40m² that can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Freshly renovated and decorated, it is adorned with a mix of new and vintage furniture with the theme of the Merchant Navy history in Normandy.


Steeped in history, the latest records indicate that this apartment was built around the 1750s (no notarial act). Located on the famous Saint-François Island, in the heart of Le Havre, just a few steps from the Roi Basin (formerly François 1er Basin), this superb apartment will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay. Everything has been designed so that you feel at home!


With a maximum occupancy of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows

A living space with an open kitchen to the dining area (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage and kitchen utensils, ...)

A seating area with a fireplace (not usable)

A bedroom equipped with a double bed measuring 140x200 cm (EMMA 2024);

An Italian-style bathroom;

Separate toilet.

The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Le Havre, while being less than 5 minutes away from the main points of interest in the city and major roads.


Provided for you: Bed linen and towels, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc. ... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


NB: A baby cot can be provided (on request only). The apartment does not have a parking space, but several parking spaces are available nearby.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

By coming to stay with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

## Neighborhood


The apartment is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Le Havre: Saint-François Island. You can enjoy the friendliness of its inhabitants, its fishing port, its numerous restaurants, its Art and History museums, and its many pre-war vestiges that distinguish it from the rest of the city.


Free parking is available a 2-minute walk away at the fishing port.


## Notes


Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please do not hesitate to inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover as best as possible.


Check-out: Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.


We do our utmost to reserve a quality welcome for you. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In case of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and in case of cancellation, the night will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our utmost to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid identity document may be requested upon entering the premises. An inventory and photo of the equipment will be taken before your arrival.


If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€ per person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
