Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "Welcome to Chillou".


Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this accommodation will charm you with its cozy atmosphere, beautiful private terrace with access from the living room and bedroom, and parking space.


Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can discover the magic of this city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site on foot. You will stay at the foot of shops, 50m from the casino, and 300m from the beach.


The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and secure residence. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home.


Designed for 4 people, it is composed as follows

- A living room with a seating area and dining area offering direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a high-end convertible sofa and a Smart TV giving access to Youtube, Netflix, etc.

- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.

- A master suite with dressing room equipped with quality Queen Size bedding (160x200cm), a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, and a workspace for travelers wishing to telecommute.

- Separate toilet.


The accommodation is very bright and warm.


It also has access to a communal parking lot; the spaces are not nominative, and we cannot guarantee their availability.


Available to you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, Smart TV, garden furniture, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc...

For families, upon request, we can provide you with a travel cot (mattress and fitted sheet not included) and a high chair. Don't forget to ask us before your arrival.


Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage.



##Access


When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

In case the condominium parking lot is full, parking is paid around the accommodation from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. Fancy a trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around and explore the city.

Closest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10c/15min extra. 7-day package 23 euros.



##Interaction


We will be delighted to welcome you personally to our accommodation. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as best as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!



##Neighborhood


The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, food lovers will be satisfied, especially with Les Halles, which is less than 300m from the apartment. You can also enjoy the various restaurants in the city center (Les Enfants Sages, Le Margote, etc...).



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Physical check-in will be between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.


We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. We appreciate your precision regarding your arrival times and kindly ask you to inform your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will incur a charge of 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In the event of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will not be possible to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unexpected delays.


A valid ID may be requested upon entry. A check-in inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€ per person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
