Recently renovated, this beautiful apartment boasts an ideal location in the hypercenter of Caen and is perfect for your business trips or family vacations.
Accommodating up to 4 travelers, it is composed as follows
- A beautiful living/dining room with a Smart TV and excellent WiFi connection.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, and all necessary equipment to cook delicious meals).
- 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds (160x200cm) and closets.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub + washing machine.
Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee for your first morning, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. Several private (paid) parking lots are located near the accommodation.
Attention: Facade renovation work in progress (on the kitchen, bedrooms, and loggia side). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. Please note that this only affects weekday reservations, from Monday to Friday.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.
