Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Rooftop".


Renovated and decorated with care, it can accommodate up to 2 people.


It is composed as follows

- A beautiful living/dining room equipped with direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture to enjoy the Normandy sunshine.

- A lovely kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals with family or friends.

- A bedroom equipped with a quality Queen size bed (160x200cm).

- 1 shower room with bathtub. Separate toilet.


Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.


During the summer season between June and September (dates subject to change according to the condominium), you can access the shared pool of the residence.


Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.



##Access


When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.



##Interaction


We will be delighted to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover more efficiently. We wish you an excellent stay with us!



##Neighborhood


You will stay in a secure and quiet residence. The accommodation is located in the Beaulieu district, a few meters from the Stade d'Ornano (Stade Malherbe de Caen), less than a 5-minute drive from the city center. By public transport, take bus number 3 from the train station. From the accommodation, to reach the city center, take the tramway (T1, T2, T3).



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Physical check-in will be done between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to better organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.


We strive to provide you with quality service. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will incur a charge of 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon your arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unexpected events.


A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inspection of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.


If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
