Linen and bedding are provided in the rental.
High-speed fiber optic internet WIFI connection is freely available to our guests. You will find everything you need to feel at home.

- Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
- LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.
- Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The keys to the accommodation will be handed over to you upon arrival. Secure access via intercom.
- đ¤ We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. â ď¸ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
- Your welcome is 100% personalized, and we remain available for any specific requests.
- đ Arrival and departure times: Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
- âł Need flexibility? Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (âŹ20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: âŹ50. Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).
- â ď¸ In case of unforeseen circumstances: Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.
- đŤ Please respect the peace and quiet of the property: Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM No parties allowed Strictly non-smoking accommodation Pets are not allowed In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100âŹ/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
