Located in a luxury residence, its proximity to the hypercenter makes it an ideal place to enjoy Caen, its shops, and its marina, all while being quiet.
This superb studio is perfect for a romantic getaway, with friends, or even for a business trip.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator).
Fully furnished, very bright, and without vis-à-vis, it includes: - An open space with a living room / kitchen / bedroom area with UHD TV, dining table, workspace, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, plenty of storage, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. - The sleeping area is equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) - A spacious bathroom with shower, vanity unit, toilet, and storage.
Linen and bedding are provided in the rental.
High-speed fiber optic internet WIFI connection is freely available to our guests.
You will find everything you need to feel at home.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM.
No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages. ##Access Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
The keys to the accommodation will be handed over to you upon arrival.
