The house, ideal for families and groups of friends, is on one floor and is surrounded by large outdoor spaces, furnished with tables and chairs and an outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying moments in the open air with friends. Via a short outdoor staircase, the cottage opens onto a bright dining room furnished with tables and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. The sleeping area has three bedrooms equipped with a double bed, TV, desk and wardrobe, two of which have an en suite bathroom with shower. A further bathroom with shower completes the layout.
