Welcome to our flat with exceptional views over the bay of Villefranche,
Located on the first floor with lift, you will find all the comforts: space, communal swimming pool, private and secure parking, air conditioning, terrace, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, two bathrooms with shower and WC, a kitchen, a living-dining room with television and access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
Traveller access
The accommodation is located in a private residence with parking space in Villefranche-sur-Mer, making it easily accessible.
The flat is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided and you will have access to the full accommodation.

The area
The very quiet area means that you can walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and citadel, also in around ten minutes. The Plage des Marinières is 750m away.
Getting around
Access to the flat from the airport is possible by train: go to Gare St Augustin which is 15 minutes from the airport and go as far as Gare de Villefranche. The flat is 550m from the station. You can then take a bus or taxi to the residence.
You can also ask us to organise a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the flat.
You can also reach the flat by car and park in the residence's private car park.
IMPORTANT - INTERNAL RULES
For security reasons, prior to arrival an online check-in must be completed via our Yaago application in which the person responsible for the booking must provide their ID.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of repair, with respect for the premises, the neighbours and basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and parties are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Super agréable appartement avec une vue splendide. Très propre et très bien équippé. L'appartement est grand et il y a une magnifique terrasse tout autour.
Nous avons passé deux semaines fantastiques et nous revenons !

Spacious and bright with amazing views. Location was convenient for bus to go to Nice or Cap Ferat. Downside is that the street outside is noisy. A 15 minute walk to get down to the town, train or beach.

The apartment is light and spacious with very roomy balconies from which there are lovely views over the sea. The pictures are an accurate representation.
It is a 10 to 15 min walk to a supermarket and similar distance to restaurants and the sea front. Note that it is very steep down to the town.
