Located on the ground floor, you'll find all the comforts you need: close to tourist attractions, air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...

In this large studio apartment you will find a living-dining area with a comfortable sofa bed and storage space, a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, as well as a kitchen opening onto the living room.

There is also air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the flat which will come in handy during the summer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.


Traveller access


The accommodation is located between Place Garibaldi and the Port of Nice, making it easily accessible.

The flat is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided and you will have access to the full accommodation.

The area


The Port is one of Nice's liveliest districts. Restaurants, bars and shops await you here, just a stone's throw from Old Nice and the town centre... Not forgetting the beach and Promenade des Anglais just 5 minutes away.

Bakery and supermarket are just a stone's throw from the building. Place Masséna and Avenue Jean Médecin are 15 minutes away. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.


Getting around


The flat can be reached from the airport by tram: take line 2 towards Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes and the stop is 200m from the flat.

You can also ask us to organise a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the flat.

The Nice-Riquier SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, allowing you to visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton and Italy easily.

You can also access the flat by car and park in the adjacent streets or in the nearby Port Lympia public car park.



IMPORTANT - INTERNAL RULES

For security reasons, prior to arrival an online check-in must be completed via our Yaago application in which the person responsible for the booking must provide his/her ID.


The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use, with respect for the premises, the neighbours and basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.


Parties and parties are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted inside.


Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
