The holiday home Reethaus Meyer in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik offers a comfortable retreat for your vacation with a generous living area of 204 m². The detached holiday home, built in 2016, stands on a 1,100 m² fenced plot and combines a spacious layout with modern comfort.
The accommodation is particularly suitable for families – children are very welcome.
Dogs are also allowed, with a maximum of three animals permitted.
Youth groups are not allowed in this property. Seven bedrooms, all with laminate flooring, offer space for up to 14 people.
The rooms are flooded with light and equipped with insect screens and privacy blinds on all windows.
At night, roller shutters ensure restful sleep.
A cozy living room with tiled floors, a sofa corner, an armchair, and a TV guarantees a pleasant ambiance and entertaining evenings.
For relaxing hours, a hi-fi system, Blu-ray and DVD players, as well as a selection of books and games are provided. Four modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and two additional bathrooms with bathtubs offer comfort and functionality.
A guest toilet on the ground floor is also part of the amenities. The open-plan kitchen faces the living room and is fully equipped.
In addition to a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, classic coffee maker with extra-large thermal carafes, kettle, and toaster, you will find all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
A large dining table makes shared meals and game nights particularly enjoyable. Combined underfloor heating throughout the house provides pleasant warmth.
A washing machine and a dryer are also available.
Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee. In the spacious garden, you will find sunshades, sun loungers, garden furniture, and a lawn.
Children will be delighted with a slide and swing.
The garden is completely fenced, making it ideal for playing, even for small children.
A charcoal grill is available for social barbecue evenings. Relaxation can be found in the in-house sauna, which is available for exclusive use. Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth here. Four private parking spaces on the property offer ample room for vehicles. The location in the rural village of Rerik allows for both tranquility and excellent access to shops and restaurants, which are located in the immediate vicinity (2 kilometers away). The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is approximately 900 meters away and is easily accessible.
Public transport is available 800 meters away for excursions, and the nearest train station is 13 kilometers away. The surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities, including fishing, boat rental and excursions, golf, mini-golf, horseback riding, hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, and windsurfing.
Horse-drawn carriage rides, a FKK beach, as well as Europe's most beautiful zoo in Rostock and UNESCO World Heritage cities like Wismar and Schwerin leave nothing to be desired.
Medical care (doctor), a bank, and a supermarket are available in the town. The holiday home Reethaus Meyer offers a comprehensively equipped domicile that combines comfort, privacy, and numerous amenities for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. Secure your stay in this family-friendly holiday home.
