The accommodation comprises - A 43 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (wood provided) - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: a pull-out bed (sleeps two) - Bathroom with bath - Bathroom with shower - Two separate WCs Outside area : - A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 11x5m, open from June 1 to September 30 and secured by an alarm (opening dates non-contractual). - A 50 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A lovely 2,000 m² private, fully enclosed garden The house is ideally located in Montmeyan, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

La Roseraie de l'Elaeis Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Roseraie : extérieur très agréable, maison très propre et intégralement équipée. Le responsable est très avenant et sympathique, bref c'était exactement comme nous l'espérions !
