This villa rental in Menorca is located in a very quiet, safe, family area, and only 380 metres walking from the beautiful beach of Cala Galdana and very close to the Camí de Cavalls.



Villa Jomar has two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two bathrooms, one of them en suite, kitchen, living-dining room, barbecue, private swimming pool, games area, laundry room and Wifi. There is also private parking within the property.



You enter the villa through the area outside the pool until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the villa. As you enter Jomar you will find the spacious and beautiful living-dining room. The living room is equipped with digital flat screen satellite TV, a comfortable sofa and a table and six chairs for the guests and air conditioning. From the living room we have direct access to the covered terrace which offers beautiful views to the pool. On the right hand side of the living-dining room is the fully equipped kitchen, which also overlooks the pool area. It has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.


Next, we find the hallway where the rest of the bedrooms are located. The first double bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with a good wardrobe for storing clothes. The next bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a wardrobe. Between these two bedrooms, we find the bathroom, fully equipped with shower and hairdryer. Finally, the master bedroom, which is located at the end of the corridor, has a double bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and a full en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.



The exterior of the house has a beautiful and modern swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, an area to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs for all the guests, next to it there is a chill-out area to relax and read a book while enjoying the sunset and also in the back area there is a play area, equipped with a ping pong, a little house and a slide for children.

Villa Jomar is equipped with a safe, WiFi, air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room, satellite TV, two hairdryers, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and all the mandatory equipment according to current legislation. There is also a private parking space. Simply a spectacular family villa close to all the amenities that the resort of Cala Galdana has to offer.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all towels used during the week is provided and bed linen is changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.

The area

The Cala Galdana urbanisation is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystal clear waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.

Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, boat hire, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for small children who do not know how to swim or are learning to swim as the sea does not cover the first 50 metres.The urbanization has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horse riding, cycling etc.. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for walks, for example along the Barranc d'Aljendar ravine or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (25 min walk), the charming and unspoilt Trebaluger beach (40 min) or Cala Macarella (45 min walk).




About 10 minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car hire is not essential, although always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is much to see and especially if you want easier access to different outstanding corners and all the unspoilt coves.

HOW TO GET THERE



From Mahón Airport or Port (35min)
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana.

3. Take the second exit and at the entrance you will find our office, which is usually the meeting point with the host.4. Take the third exit at the roundabout and go to Avinguda de sa Punta nº 37A, which is where the villa is located.
