Chalet Tonieta is a Mediterranean holiday villa for up to 12 people, with a design that divides the villa into two properties for 6 people each, a 15m long swimming pool and terrace. With separate entrances, it is the ideal place for large families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy an unforgettable holiday together.



Situated in a privileged setting, Chalet Tonieta offers stunning mountain views and is only a 10 minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente, with crystal clear waters and spectacular scenery.



On arrival at the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious front terrace shared by both houses, equipped with tables and chairs. Here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning or relax with a glass of local wine in the evening, overlooking the mountain.



Each house has three cosy bedrooms. In each you will find two bedrooms with twin beds and a master bedroom with a double bed. Each house has two full bathrooms with shower.




All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. To improve your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day or night.



The houses also have a dining room with a table and chairs for 6 people, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. In addition, you will find comfortable armchairs where you can relax after a day at the beach. Both houses are equipped with smart TV and offer free wifi connection throughout the property.



If you like to cook, you will be delighted to know that each house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes during your stay in the villa. You can enjoy the freedom to cook your own meals and sample the local cuisine.



At the back of the villa is a stunning 15-metre long swimming pool, where you can take a refreshing dip, swim and have fun with your loved ones. In addition, there are two tables where you can enjoy outdoor meals in company.




We cannot forget to mention the brick barbecue located in the house, perfect to delight your guests with your best grilled dishes.



Chalet Tonieta is located in a very quiet area, so right in front of the house, there is always parking available for your rental cars.

In Cala Sant Vicenç there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.



In Pollença you will find a cultural centre, the pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local market in the main square where local vegetables, fruit and spices abound.



Kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing The beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or water skiing.
