Bright and spacious flat with terrace and breathtaking view over the city of Olbia.


The flat is located on the fourth and top floor of a building with lift and is characterised by the large terrace furnished with dining table, which surrounds the flat and boasts a panoramic view over the city. The living area consists of a living room with large windows furnished with sofas, a television, a desk and a dining table, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a dining table. The sleeping area boasts two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub complete the layout.

During their stay, guests will be able to enjoy air conditioning in the living room and a washing machine.

Located on the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist arrival point in northern Sardinia. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of artisanal myrtle.
