Beachside fully equipped flat with seaview

Located in Porto Hydra Village, a secured gated community built around a canal network, with private villas settled along a vast sandy beach of the Saronic Gulf in the surroundings of Ermioni (Peloponnese), this upper floor apartment is located in a villa, with separate access, and is characterized two large and beautiful shaded balconies (one with partial sea view, one with canal and swimming pool view).

Inside, there is a large living room with an open kitchen, a dining area, a small office area and two single sofa beds, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony with seaview, the other one with bunk beds and canalview), as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hot plate, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals, plus a washing machine.

At the front of the villa, a small path leads you to a private gray sand beach, only 45 meters away, with a 180° unlimited view of the deep blue Sea of the Saronic Gulf, Hydra Island and other inhabited islands.

Several restaurants are 2 to 3 kilometers away. In Ermioni (less than 10 km away) there are many restaurants, supermarkets, weekly fresh markets on Thursdays, ferries to and from Athens and nearby islands, and boat rental services with or without a skipper. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes by car.

Note: The apartment below in the villa is also rented out by us; it offers a garden with a private swimming pool. The entrances to the two apartments are separate, so there is plenty of privacy. If you are interested, you can also rent the entire house; just contact us.

🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.

🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €80, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.

💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €200 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

- We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

- Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

- Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
