San Felice del Benaco is idyllically located on a slightly elevated position on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. The main town, with its old alleyways and a romantically overgrown fortress ruin, is about 2 kilometers above Lake Garda. Het uitzicht en omgeving. Het meer wat direct aan de camping gelegen is. Top!
Wc-rolhouder ontbrak, geen nachtlampjes. Inventarisatie vd keuken erg minimaal. Sommige muren brokkelden aan de onderkant.

Das Chalet ist eher spartanisch ausgestattet, es ist jedoch alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es ist empfehlenswert, eine Leselampe oder ein Nachtlicht mitzubringen. Sehr schön ist die große Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Auch ein Wäscheständer, um Handtücher zu trocknen ist vorhanden. Alle Mitarbeiter im Service waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Beleuchtung (wir waren im Oktober dort, da wird es schon etwas früher dunkel) wirkt etwas ungemütlich. Die harten Matratzen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber geschlafen haben wir gut. Empfehlenswert ist es, Bettzeug oder am besten Schlafsäcke und Campingkissen, sowie Hüttenschlafsäcke oder Laken mitzubringen.
