This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The accommodation is located in the beautiful holiday park Camping Stella Maris.
The holiday village is situated by the deep blue sea in Umag, Croatia.
The center of Umag is only a few minutes away.
Since the holiday park is within walking distance of the sea, it is ideal for families with small children.
The numerous facilities and play opportunities make the holiday park unique and especially child-friendly.
In addition to a large pool for children and adults right next to the mobile homes, there is also a kids' club/animation for children of all ages.
Of course, there is also an entertainment program for adults.
The pool area of the neighboring holiday park Resort Stella Maris, with its great children's pool and water playground, can be used free of charge.
The complex also has several sports fields and a restaurant.
The adjacent holiday park Resort Stella Maris also offers an indoor pool on the other side of the street for bad weather days. The modernly furnished Mobilehome Superior can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including at least two children up to a maximum of 12 years old. It has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
The sofa bed in the living room offers two additional sleeping places.
The living room also has a satellite TV. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette, which includes a stove, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The terrace with a table and chairs invites you to relax while the children can play on the playground or by the pool.
Travel time from the Croatian border is approximately 20 minutes.

BEACH
The Mediterranean Sea is just a few minutes' walk from the Camping Stella Maris holiday park.Here you can enjoy the sun and swim.
Various water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, and motorboats also await guests.
There are two different beaches, one with fine sand and one with a paved surface with sun loungers.
Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach can be rented.
The clean seawater has been awarded the Blue Flag by the Foundation of Environmental Education.
POOL
In the holiday complex itself, there is a newly built pool from 2018 with loungers and umbrellas.There is also a newly built children's pool.
A restaurant is also located directly next to the pool area.
In the adjacent Stella Maris Resort holiday park, you will also find a large outdoor swimming pool and a children's pool that you can use free of charge.
You will find everything your heart desires here.
The children's pool is equipped with a large pirate ship and a water playground.
Umbrellas and sun loungers are available (for a fee).
FAMILY FRIENDLY
During the mid and high season, a group of experienced animators will gently liven up your stay.Every day there are water aerobics, Zumba, aerobics, group dances, and similar attractions.
Various clubs offer great opportunities for children aged 8 months to 17 years to have fun. Whether it's team sports, mini-shows, pool games, or theme parties, there's sure to be something for everyone! Your children will have the opportunity to participate as protagonists in evening shows.
There is also a mini disco for children in the evening.

At the Stella Maris Resort, you will find a self-service bike rental, which can also be used by guests of Camping Stella Maris.
Outside the complex, you will find a world-renowned tennis center, handball and volleyball courts, a riding club, and diving opportunities.

The holiday park is located not far from the center of Umag.There you will find everything you wish for. Clothes, shoes, food, or jewelry.
If you only need something small, you will find various shops in the holiday park that offer everything you need.

The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, as well as a refrigerator and dishwasher.Shops are also in the immediate vicinity.
The holiday park has a restaurant where many different dishes are offered.
In the Stella Maris Resort, you will find not only a classic pizzeria but also a buffet restaurant, cafés, a beach bar, a fast-food corner, and a sack bar. If you would like to take advantage of breakfast or half board, you can book it on-site (no advance reservation is necessary).

The small town of Umag, with its harbor, is a well-known commercial and tourist center in Istria. A long time ago, Roman nobility decided to use Umag as a summer residence. This is still visible today in the charming Venetian houses, the city walls, and the towers. In the city center, you will find many different shops, from boutiques to grocery stores and a shopping mall. You will also find various restaurants and cafes in the charming streets of the old town. Explore Umag by bike. There are specialized shops in the city that can provide you with the right equipment. If you enjoy nightlife, a visit to Casino Elite is recommended.
