The accommodation is located in the beautiful Astra holiday complex.

The resort is located near the historic town of Poreč and the picturesque former fishing village of Funtana, right by the sea and surrounded by a small cedar forest.

Thanks to its location right by the sea, the holiday resort is particularly suitable for families with children who like to spend a lot of time on the beach.

Entertainment for young and old is provided by the multilingual entertainment team in the neighbouring complex: children aged 4 to 12 can enjoy games, sports and fun in the mini club.

Sports tournaments are organised for adults and morning gymnastics or aqua aerobics are offered 6 days a week.

Live music and exciting shows are organised in the evenings.

There are also two playgrounds for children in the neighbouring complex where they can let off steam.

A large pool and a great water playground await you in the neighbouring complex.

In addition to various restaurants catering for your culinary needs, the neighbouring complex also has a beach volleyball court (free of charge), tennis courts, a mini golf course, a basketball court, a football pitch, bicycle hire, various water sports facilities and table tennis tables (for a fee).

The A4TP flat is located on the ground floor or 1st floor and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.

The equipped kitchen has crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a coffee machine, a fridge and a dining table with chairs.

Some flats have an oven.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

The covered terrace on the ground floor or the balcony on the first floor with table, chairs and parasol invite you to relax in comfort.

The journey time from the Croatian border is approx. 40 minutes.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The first thing you will notice on the beach is the beautiful crystal-clear water.

The holiday complex is located directly on the beautiful pebble beach, which can be easily reached on foot.

Various beaches await sun worshippers around the resort, from pebble beaches to paved beaches and grassy beaches.

Sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the beach of the neighbouring hotel.

For a fee, guests can enjoy a range of water sports such as wind surfing, water skiing, canoeing, sailing, diving and pedalos.

In high season, a lifeguard ensures that you can enjoy a dip in the sea without worrying.

POOL The large pool with water feature and the great water playground in the neighbouring complex offer the opportunity for a dip in the refreshing water.

Sun loungers can be hired by the pool for relaxation.

Sporty guests will get their money's worth with the aqua aerobics organised by the friendly entertainment team.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY At the height of summer, a multilingual entertainment team provides entertainment for young and old in the neighbouring complex.

There is a mini club for children aged between 4 and 12, where the little ones can let off steam all day long with various games, workshops and sports.

The neighbouring resort also has two playgrounds where your children can let off steam.

For adults, the multilingual entertainment team organises sports tournaments such as beach football, beach volleyball, water polo and much more.

If you want to start the day in a sporty way, you can take part in morning gymnastics or aqua aerobics 6 days a week.

In the evening, there is a mini disco for younger guests and an evening entertainment programme with live music, dancing and exciting shows for everyone.

LEISURE AND SPORTS The neighbouring holiday complex has a beach volleyball court, which can be used free of charge.

There is a wide range of activities on offer for sports enthusiasts: Tennis, squash, table tennis, minigolf, volleyball, football, basketball and horse riding (for a fee).

You can also hire bicycles in the neighbouring complex.

Various water sports are available on the beach for a fee.

Windsurfing, water skiing, canoeing, a short trip on a pedal boat, sailing or diving are just the thing for water sports fans.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has its own small supermarket where you will find groceries and everyday items.

There is also a newsagent's, which also offers a selection of souvenirs.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a coffee machine and a fridge.

If you prefer to be cooked for during your holiday, you can enjoy local and international cuisine as well as delicious fish specialities in one of the resort's restaurants.

You can of course also make use of the half-board service at favourable conditions (can be booked on site, no advance booking necessary).

The beautiful town of Poreč or the former fishing village of Funtana, where you will find many more restaurants to try out, are just a few minutes away.

PETS Two pets are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.
