The beautiful holiday home is nestled in a family-friendly holiday village, which borders directly on the gently sloping sea.

The holiday village is located on the exclusive headland that connects the Argentario promontory with the mainland.

It faces the islands of Giglio, Giannutri and Montecristo.

The holiday village has all the amenities you need for a perfect family holiday.

The holiday village has a children's and adult pool, entertainment/miniclub, large playground, beach service, many sports facilities and two restaurants with regional and international cuisine.

The two-room Giannutri cottages are located next to the pine forest, not far from the beach, pool and playground.

The living space is approx. 36m2 and consists of a living room with two full-size single beds (can also be pushed together) which serve as a sofa during the day, a fully equipped kitchenette (with crockery, cutlery, pots), 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

Pillows, blanket included, barbecue allowed in the holiday village, journey time from the Italian border approx.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The sandy and gently sloping beach is equipped with parasols, sunbeds, deckchairs, pedal boats, water sledges and canoes.

The restaurant "Il Pescatore" is located on the beach.

POOL In addition to a large pool, there is also a children's paddling pool with a small slide.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The swimming pool and the amphitheatre are the heart of the village and the place where the entertainers organise games, dances and various forms of entertainment.

In addition to a professional entertainment team, there is also a mini club and junior club.

The entertainment team organises aerobics classes, gymnastics classes and aqua-gym classes during the day in high season.
