This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The beautiful holiday home is nestled in a family-friendly holiday village, directly adjacent to the shallow sea. The holiday village is located on the exclusive strip of land connecting the Argentario foothills to the mainland.
It lies opposite the islands of Giglio, Giannutri, and Montecristo.
The holiday village has all the amenities needed for a perfect family holiday.
This includes children's and adult pools, entertainment/mini-club, a large playground, beach service, numerous sports facilities, and two restaurants offering regional and international cuisine. The two-roomed cottage Giannutri is located adjacent to the pine forest, not far from the beach, pool, and playground.
The living area is approximately 36m² and consists of a living room with two full-sized single beds (which can also be pushed together) that serve as a sofa during the day, a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishes, cutlery, pots), 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
The covered patio with table and chairs invites you to relax comfortably, while the children can romp around on the playground or at the pool.
Pillows and blankets are included.
Grilling is permitted in the holiday village.
Travel time from the Italian border is approx. 4.5 hours.
Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have several properties of the same house type. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in your desired season.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please inform us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

The restaurant "Il Pescatore" is located on the beach. POOL In addition to a large pool, a children's paddling pool with a small slide is also available. FAMILY FRIENDLY The swimming pool and the amphitheater are the heart of the village and the place where entertainers organize games, dances, and various entertainment.
In addition to a professional animation team, a mini-club and junior club are also available.

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Albinia, with its 2500 inhabitants, is the largest district of the town of Orbetello in Tuscany. It is connected to the northern part of Monte Argento by a strip of dunes, the Tombolo della Giannella. This area boasts an incredibly beautiful natural landscape and many different animal species. The town of Albinia is located on a small peninsula and can be reached via an ancient Roman road. Those interested in sights can visit the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie or the Torre delle Saline, for example. Albinia also offers a beautiful view that you can enjoy from a restaurant or café. Anyone staying in Albinia on a Friday can also visit the weekly market and is sure to find a little something! The town of Orbetello rises in the center of the lagoon of the same name, in a unique location, connected to Monte Argentario by a dam. The Duna Feniglia Nature Park is a strip of dunes connected to the Ansedonia district on the coast and to the famous Monte Argentario town of Porto Ercole. The town of Orbetello houses tools and other artifacts excavated in the surrounding area in its Museo Civico, testifying to its Etruscan origins. The ancient Mura Ciclopiche, as well as the discovered buildings, both dating from the 6th century BC, bear witness to a flourishing port life during Roman times. The Maremma Nature Park can be visited by mountain bike, on horseback, by canoe, or simply on foot. From the hills of the nature park, breathtaking panoramic views open up over the Tyrrhenian coast, the island of Giglio, the island of Elba, and Corsica. The hiking trails can be explored independently, in groups, or with a guide. For fun with the whole family, the water park in Follonica provides entertainment! Here you will find various slides, diverse water sports courses, and also Zumba classes to join and try. Those looking for Tuscan specialties won't have to search long here!
