The mobile home is located in the Free Beach holiday village in Marina di Bibbona in beautiful Tuscany, in front of the beautiful pine forest of Tombolo, in a strategic position from where you can reach wonderful cities such as Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Populonia and the island of Elba in less than an hour.

The resort is located just 400 metres from the crystal-clear sea of the Etruscan Coast, which is ideal for families with children thanks to the gently sloping beach.

The holiday complex has all the amenities for a pleasant family holiday.

There is a pool, paddling pool, entertainment, mini club, restaurant/pizzeria, take-away, bar, mini market, bazaar, playground, football pitch, volleyball court and many other services such as bike hire.

There is also a large water park (Acqua Village) and an amusement and leisure park (Cavallino Matto) just 15 minutes away by car.

The holiday complex is car-free and therefore ideal for children who can move around freely.

The Happy Premium mobile home is modern, bright and comfortably furnished and can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.

The accommodation consists of a master bedroom and two children's rooms, each with two single beds.

There is an additional bed in the living room.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

An Italian espresso pot is also available.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin.

Some mobile homes have a separate WC.

There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. An electric barbecue or an electric grill plate is available.

Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the days of arrival and departure and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The sandy beach is only 400 metres from the holiday complex and can be reached via a pleasant footpath (you cross a shady, pleasant-smelling strip of pine trees).

The beach is wide and shallow, making it ideal for families.

In addition to a private beach with sunbeds and parasols, there is also plenty of space on the open beach.

There is a beach bar where you can enjoy a tasty snack in the shade.

POOL The holiday complex has a large pool and a children's paddling pool.

It has a spacious area with sun loungers so you can relax during your holiday.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY A team of motivated entertainers looks forward to delighting adults and children during their stay with a varied entertainment programme: Latin dance, aquagym, sports courses and tournaments, games on the beach and by the pool.

In the evening: cabaret, shows, piano bar, karaoke and theme parties.

For the little ones there is a great mini club and a playground.

LEISURE AND SPORTS In addition to the pool, where water aerobics are regularly organised, the holiday village also has a football pitch, a volleyball court, table tennis tables and a games room.

There are also great cycle paths within the pine forest that connect the villages along the coast.

Bike hire is available.

The holiday village also has two lakes where you can go fishing.

SHOPPING Fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, groceries in the mini-market.

The complex also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers, children's toys, beachwear, souvenirs and camping items.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

You can of course also make use of the half-board or full-board service at favourable conditions.

You are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).

The holiday village has a restaurant/pizzeria where you can indulge in the culinary delights of Tuscan and Italian cuisine.

Alternatively, there is also a take-away service.

PETS One pet up to max. 35 kg is allowed if registered at the time of booking.

If you take a pet with you, you will have to pay 20 euros in advance for the special final cleaning due to the pet's presence.

SPECIAL Upon arrival, you must purchase an ID card to park your vehicle in the car park.

Cars and motorbikes are not allowed in this holiday complex.

The final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40.

If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking or notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
