The accommodation is located in the Le Marze holiday village, situated directly on the coast of Marina di Grosseto.

The holiday village covers a green area of over 200,000 square meters.

All mobile homes are located in the semi-shade of the lush and magnificent pine forest.

The holiday village offers all the amenities needed for a perfect family holiday.

Guests have access to a restaurant/pizzeria, a mini-market, a bar, a swimming pool, entertainment and a kids' club, a dog park, sports facilities, an ATM, a playground, bouncy castles, and much more.

The gently sloping private beach is directly accessible from the holiday village, making it ideal for families with small children.

The well-equipped beach features a bar, sun loungers, and umbrellas available for rent, as well as ample space for guests who prefer to relax on the open, gently sloping sandy beach.

During the high season, the Marze holiday village offers a great entertainment program with games, activities, and performances during the day and evening.

Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here: volleyball courts, table tennis, a large swimming pool, horse riding opportunities, and a nearby surf school.

Furthermore, the holiday village boasts a professional rope and climbing park for adults and children.

You can also rent a bicycle directly from the holiday village to explore the beautiful cycling paths that wind through the green pine forest and connect the coastal towns.

The Lodge Maremma AGGIT mobile home is located in semi-shade and can accommodate 4 people.

It features one bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds.

The living room includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishes, pots, and cutlery, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a toilet, and a shower.

The patio area with a table and chairs invites you to relax, while the children can let off steam at the playground or by the pool.

Barbecuing is permitted at the communal barbecue areas within the holiday village.

The driving time from the Italian border is approximately 4.5 hours.

ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season.

Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in is also possible on the following day (please inform us before arrival).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier; departure on the previous day is also possible.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.

BEACH The gently sloping, light-colored sandy beach is conveniently and directly accessible from the holiday village (approx. 500 meters).

A pleasant footpath leads directly to the beach through a strip of pine trees.

The beach is equipped with sanitary facilities, a bar, and sun lounger rentals, but also offers plenty of space for holiday guests who wish to enjoy the free sandy beach.

POOL You can spend wonderful and relaxing days at the Le Marze campsite's swimming pool.

The area is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, which are available for guests to enjoy relaxing and rejuvenating moments.

Safety in the swimming pool area is guaranteed by qualified lifeguards.

FAMILY FRIENDLY A motivated animation team looks forward to delighting adults and children with a diverse entertainment program during their stay: Latino dance, sports classes and tournaments, games on the beach and by the pool.

In the evening, you will be entertained with cabaret, shows, karaoke, and themed parties.

For the little ones, there is a kids' club (ages 3-11) and a playground with fixed and inflatable play equipment.

LEISURE AND SPORTS Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here: volleyball courts, table tennis, and a swimming pool are available free of charge.

On the beach, there is a windsurfing school easily reachable on foot, offering lessons and equipment for beginners and advanced, as well as for adults and children from 8 years old.

The sporting highlight, however, is the holiday village's professional climbing and rope park, suitable for adults and children.

There is also a bicycle rental service for extensive bike tours through the enchanting pine forest.

SHOPPING The supermarket offers a wide selection of Italian, typical local, and international products, as well as a wine department with a large selection of Tuscan wines.

Fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, milk, and fresh bread are available every morning, including Sundays.

In the bazaar section, you will find everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay: postcards, souvenirs, toys, camping supplies, gas cartridges, and a selection of Italian and international magazines and newspapers.

CATERING The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pots, allowing you the option to cook for yourselves.

The holiday village has a lovely restaurant offering local, national, and international cuisine.

You can, of course, also opt for half or full board, which can be booked on-site (advance booking is not necessary).

PETS 2 pets are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.

A dog park (agility course) is available for dog owners, and approximately 900 meters away, there is a dog beach where you can take your pet to the beach without worry.

Special dog showers in the holiday village ensure cleanliness after a day at the beach.

SPECIAL FEATURES The holiday village has a first-aid room with a doctor available on certain days.
