This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The family-friendly accommodation is located in the comfortable Olivo residence, built in 2020, in the town of Garda.
The holiday residence is situated in Garda just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Lake Garda.
Garda offers supermarkets, shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options.
The residence also features an attractive outdoor pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an integrated whirlpool for adults.
For the younger guests, there is a children's pool for splashing.
There is a great panoramic terrace where a communal barbecue is also available.
The residence has shared washing machines and dryers (for a fee). There are also 2 charging stations for electric cars.
An elevator is also available in the residence. The elegant and bright 3-room apartment Trilo Top is located on the ground floor, first, or second floor (assigned by the landlord), offers a great view of the pool, and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. (An occupancy by a baby in a travel cot is possible upon request). The bedroom, equipped with a double bed, features both air conditioning and a TV. There is also another bedroom with two single beds and its own air conditioning.
If needed, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two additional sleeping possibilities.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, cutlery, crockery and pots, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Additionally, the living area also has air conditioning and another TV. The lovely bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet.
Depending on the assignment, the accommodation has a furnished terrace or a balcony.
Both invite you to relax and linger together, while the children can play in the pool and make new friends.

ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in your desired seasonal period.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

BEACH Not far from the complex, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the free beaches while your children play and make new friends. POOL In the outdoor area of the residence, a spacious pool area awaits you with an integrated whirlpool and a small children's pool, which provide the necessary refreshment on warm summer days and great swimming fun for the whole family.
Children can splash in the children's pool and have plenty of fun. A whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests around the pool. FAMILY FRIENDLY Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the long pebble beaches of Lake Garda or have fun swimming for young and old in the residence's outdoor pool.
A baby bed and a high chair can be borrowed free of charge upon request (reservation required at booking). LEISURE AND SPORTS The residence has its own gym and a great pool for swimming.
It is also possible to grill a delicious meal at the communal barbecue area.
Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a variety of sports activities.
You can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and motorboating.
The hinterland invites you to go cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, playing tennis, and golfing.
Nature lovers will get their money's worth with long hikes or trekking tours. SHOPPING The holiday residence is located not far from the old town of Garda.
There you will find supermarkets, small vegetable shops, fish shops, wonderfully fragrant bakeries or wine shops, as well as colorful weekly markets. MEALS The accommodation has a modernly equipped kitchen with an induction hob with an oven, crockery, cutlery, pots, an Italian espresso maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
All shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
If you prefer to eat in a restaurant or pizzeria, there are many good options in Garda.

LOCATION
The comfortable and family-friendly holiday residence is located in the hills of Garda, just 1km from the historic center of Garda. Not only are the beaches around the beautiful Lake Garda within a few minutes' walk, but an excursion into the winding alleys of the old town of Garda is also recommended. Here you can stroll, and many restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors invite you to take a break.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Garda is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The town invites you to take wonderful walks along the extensive lakeside promenade. Garda also has a small harbor where you can watch the busy hustle and bustle of the fishermen or embark on a discovery tour by boat. The buildings and architecture in Garda are characterized by the former great power of Venice. Let yourself be inspired by the elegantly and dynamically decorated buildings. You can buy great souvenirs, as well as delicious fresh fish and meat, and fresh fruit and vegetables at a bargain at the weekly market. The market day in Garda is once a week. Next to Garda lies the town of Peschiera del Garda. This tempts with its old town surrounded by canals and its mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. In just over half an hour, you can reach Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-famous Arena with open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for an extensive shopping tour. Even the picturesque Venice is still easily accessible from Garda. A drive around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally large range of theme parks, zoos, adventure parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, which is one of the largest theme parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from the whitewater raft to the fairy-tale theme world, there is something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered animal species and counts many endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking path and get closer to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
