The family-friendly accommodation is located in the La Filanda residence.

The residence is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda in an elevated position in the village of Costermano.

The complex has a small children's pool and an adult pool, which are surrounded by a well-tended garden with sun loungers and parasols.

The restaurant with a fantastic terrace is happy to spoil guests with delicious dishes.

The residence also has a small playground.

Bicycle hire is available 500 metres away.

A coin-operated washing machine is also available to holiday guests.

The two-room flat Bilo Classic offers space for a maximum of 4 people.

The flat is located on the first or second floor.

It has a bedroom with a double bed.

In the adjoining living area, a double sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places.

The kitchenette has a cooker, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a WC.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified when booking remains unchanged. BEACH Just a few minutes' drive from the residence, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the free beaches while your children let off steam and make new friends.

POOL In the outdoor area of the residence you will find a cosy pool area with a swimming pool and a small children's pool, which provide the necessary refreshment on warm summer days and great swimming fun for the whole family.

Children can splash around in the children's pool and really let off steam.

Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge around the pool.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the long pebble beaches on Lake Garda or swimming fun for young and old in the residence's outdoor pool.

LEISURE AND SPORT The residence has a great swimming pool.

There is also a bike hire service 500 metres from the residence.

The Lake Garda region also offers a wide range of sporting activities outside the residence.

You can practise water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and motor boating.

The inland area is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Nature lovers will get their money's worth on long hikes or trekking tours.

SHOPPING The holiday residence has a small mini-market and is not far from the old town of Garda.

There you will find supermarkets, small greengrocers, fishmongers, wonderfully fragrant bakeries and wine shops, as well as colourful weekly markets.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

All shopping facilities are nearby.

If you prefer to eat in the residence's restaurant, you can book "a la carte", breakfast or half board (on site on arrival).

The delicacies on the menu offer something for every taste.

There is also a small selection of restaurants in Costermano.

PETS 1 pet is allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.
