This family-friendly accommodation is located in the comfortable Residence Olivo, built in 2020, in the town of Garda.
The holiday residence is situated in Garda, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Lake Garda.
Garda offers supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options.
The residence also features an attractive outdoor pool area with loungers, umbrellas, and an integrated whirlpool for adults.
For the younger guests, there is a children's pool for splashing around.
There is a great panoramic terrace where a communal barbecue is also available.
The residence has communal washing machines and dryers.
There are also 2 charging stations for e-cars.
An elevator is also available in the residence. The elegant and bright 2-room apartment Bilo Top is located on the ground floor, first, or second floor (assigned by the landlord), offers a great view of the pool, and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. (An extra bed for a baby in a travel cot is possible upon request).
The bedroom, equipped with a double bed, features both air conditioning and a TV.
If needed, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area provides two additional sleeping spaces.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, cutlery, dishes and pots, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Additionally, the living area also has air conditioning and another TV.
The lovely bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet.
Depending on the assignment, the accommodation has a furnished terrace or a balcony.
Both invite you to relax and linger together while the children can play at the pool and make new friends.
Travel time from the Italian border approx. 2 hours.
Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have several units of the same apartment type.
ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days as well as the minimum stay in your desired season.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please inform us before arrival).
The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.
Departure on the previous day is also possible.
However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH Not far from the complex, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the free beaches while your children play and make new friends.
POOL In the outdoor area of the residence, a spacious pool area awaits you with an integrated whirlpool and a small children's pool, providing the necessary refreshment on warm summer days and great swimming fun for the whole family.
Children can splash and play to their hearts' content in the children's pool.
A whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests.
Loungers and umbrellas are available to guests around the pool.
FAMILY FRIENDLY Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the long pebble beaches of Lake Garda or enjoy swimming fun for young and old in the residence's outdoor pool.
A baby cot and a high chair can be borrowed free of charge upon request (reservation required when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS The residence has its own fitness room and a great pool for swimming.
It is also possible to grill a tasty meal at the communal barbecue area.
Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a variety of sporting activities.

LOCATION
The comfortable and family-friendly holiday residence is located in the hills of Garda, just 1km from the historic town center of Garda. Not only are the beaches around the beautiful Lake Garda reachable in a few minutes' walk, but an excursion into the winding alleys of the old town of Garda is also recommended. Here you can stroll, and many restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors invite you to take a break.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Garda is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The town invites you to take wonderful walks along the extensive promenade. There is also a small harbor in Garda, where you can watch the busy activity of the fishermen or take a boat trip. The buildings and architecture in Garda are characterized by the former great power of Venice. Let yourself be inspired by the elegantly and spiritedly decorated buildings. You can buy great souvenirs, as well as delicious fresh fish and meat, and fresh fruit and vegetables cheaply at the weekly market. The market day in Garda is held once a week.
Next to Garda is the town of Peschiera del Garda. This attracts visitors with its old town surrounded by canals and its mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. In just over half an hour, you can reach Verona for a city trip, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-famous Arena with open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for extensive shopping tours. Even picturesque Venice is easily accessible from Garda. A drive around Lake Garda is always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools.
For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, one of Italy's largest amusement parks. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from a river rapids ride to a fairy tale-themed world, there's something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. In Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered animal species and counts several endangered species among its residents, such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda. On a walking path, visitors can go on safari and get closer to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
