The family-friendly accommodation is located in the holiday village of California, which is situated in Marina di Montalto in beautiful Tuscany.

The holiday village is in the famous and popular Maremma region right by the sea, with a century-old pine forest running along an unspoilt stretch of coastline.

The swimming pool park has a beach effect and fun water games/slides.

It is the centre of the holiday village and also the place where the entertainers organise games, dances and various entertainments.

There are many sports facilities available: Tennis courts, boccia courts, indoor football, archery and more.

The sandy private beach of around 2 hectares is constantly maintained and is equipped with parasols, beach loungers, deckchairs, pedal boats, water sledges, canoes, beach volleyball courts and a self-service bar.

Of course, there is also a lovely playground and a mini club.

All amenities for a perfect family holiday.

The restaurant with regional and international cuisine spoils guests with culinary highlights.

The modern and bright Happy Comfort mobile home offers space for up to 5 people.

These new mobile homes have a modern, well-equipped kitchenette with many compartments, fridge, 4-burner gas hob and sink with drainer.

There is also an Italian espresso pot.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for one person.

One bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds.

Bathroom with washbasin, shower/WC (in some mobile homes the WC is separate from the bathroom).

The cosy, raised wooden terrace is semi-covered and is equipped with a table, chairs, 2 sun loungers and an electric barbecue and invites you to relax while the children let off steam in the playground.

On request, half or full board can be booked on site.

Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type. DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the days of arrival and departure and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The access (only 100m) to the private beach is traffic-free, is constantly maintained and is equipped with sunshades, beach loungers, deckchairs, pedal boats, water sledges, canoes, beach volleyball courts and a self-service bar.

There is also an entrance and exit channel marked by buoys for those with small boats.

POOL The swimming pool park has a beach effect and fun water games.

It also offers spacious sunbathing areas.

It is the centre of the Village and the place where the entertainers organise games, dances and various entertainments.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY In addition to a great pool, guests can also look forward to a well-organised entertainment team.

In high season, a varied programme is put together every day.

Entertainment is also provided in the evenings and games evenings or shows are organised.

Canoes and pedalos are available on the beach as well as sports fields and table tennis courts.

LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, boccia courts, indoor football, archery and giant draughts are all available.

The entertainment team also puts together a varied fitness programme for every day.

Pedal boats and canoes can be hired on the beach.

SHOPPING The holiday village has its own mini-market with fruit and vegetables and a souvenir shop.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).

PETS Pets are NOT allowed.

SPECIALS You will receive a club card for all facilities (excluding beach service and sports facilities).

The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40.

Bed linen, hand towels, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking if required or must be notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
