This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The family-friendly accommodation is located in the excellently situated holiday complex Wien.
The complex is directly on Lake Garda on the enchanting southern coast in Peschiera del Garda, making it ideal for families with small children.
Not only the beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex awaits you, but in the surrounding area, you will also find numerous theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland Park, Parco Natura Viva, and Parco Giardino Sigurtà. The complex has two pools, including a children's pool with a small slide, a playground, a restaurant and a bar, as well as a mini-market.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available. The bright and cheerfully furnished Mobilehome 4F-M3 can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
The living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots, a gas stove, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The covered seating area with a table and chairs, protected by a canopy, and the small garden invite you to relax, while the children can play to their heart's content on the playground or by the pool.
The travel time from the Italian border is approx. 2 hours.

Loungers and umbrellas are available around the pool for relaxation.
Those who need a little refreshment after a dip in the cool water can find it at the bar right next to the pool area. FAMILY FRIENDLY Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex.

Peschiera del Garda offers many shopping opportunities, and after a shopping spree, you can end the day perfectly in one of the many restaurants, bars, and cafes on the beach promenade or in the picturesque old town with an ice cream and a refreshment. LEISURE AND SPORTS Lake Garda offers a wide range of activities for sports enthusiasts.
Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth with sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, or a boat trip.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and mountain biking tours as well as horseback riding excursions.
Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can explore the area on the beautiful cycling and walking paths. SHOPPING The holiday complex has a small mini-market where you can find fresh groceries as well as a large selection of everyday items.
You will also find other shopping facilities within walking distance. MEALS The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots, a stove, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Shopping facilities are also nearby.
The complex has a restaurant with a terrace offering a beautiful view of Lake Garda.
The snack bar is ideal for a quick bite. PETS Pets are not allowed. SPECIAL NOTES The final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.

LOCATION
The holiday village not only boasts its direct lakeside location but also allows guests to visit one of the numerous amusement parks nearby, such as Gardaland, Movieland Park, Parco Natura Viva, and Parco Giardino Sigurtà. The center of the idyllic town of Peschiera del Garda can be reached with a leisurely stroll along the beautiful beach promenade.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Peschiera del Garda is located on the southeastern shore of Lake Garda. Peschiera's old town, completely surrounded by canals, lies within a mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. Strolling through the narrow alleys, you will find many nice shops and small bars. Peschiera has one of the few train stations directly on Lake Garda and is therefore very well accessible by public transport. A small marina can also be found in Peschiera. Peschiera advertises with barrier-free shops and is thus ideally suited for wheelchair users and families with strollers. You can buy great souvenirs, as well as delicious salami, cheese, and fresh fruit and vegetables at low prices at the weekly markets. Every Monday is market day in Peschiera. Next to Peschiera lies the town of Castelnuovo del Garda. This attracts with a castle built in the 14th century by the Visconti, which thrones above the old town of Castelnuovo. In just half an hour, you can reach Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course the world-famous Arena with open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for an extensive shopping tour. Even the picturesque Venice is still easily reachable from Peschiera. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally large range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from the whitewater raft to the fairytale theme world, there is something for young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to bring visitors closer to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and counts many endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. On a walking path, visitors can go on a safari and, separated only by natural barriers, get closer to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys.
