This family-friendly accommodation is located in the Castell Montgri holiday complex in L'Estartit on the Costa Brava in Spain.

The holiday village is located by the sea and is therefore ideal for families.

Castell Montgri has a wonderful view of the bay and several islands and, in addition to a large children's pool and swimming pool, also has a playground, mini club/entertainment programme for children.

There is also an entertainment programme for adults, a wide range of sports activities, two restaurants, two bars, a take-away, an internet café, a creperie, a pizzeria, bicycle hire and an ice cream parlour.

Coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are also available to holiday guests.

The Happy Comfort accommodation offers space for 5 people and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds.

There are two further beds in the living room.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, parasol and two sun loungers/deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

A barbecue or electric grill plate is available.

Half or full board can also be booked on site on request.

Note If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type. .

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the days of arrival and departure and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The sandy beach has both a private beach with sunbeds and parasols (for a fee) and a large free beach.

The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children.

In the high season, an internal bus runs to the sandy beach several times a day, but you can also easily reach it on foot.

There are many water sports facilities available to guests: Windsurfing, sailing, canoeing; private and group sports courses are organised by trained staff.

The beach is the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or take part in one of the many sports activities on offer.

POOL Holidaymakers have access to a huge pool area with a wonderful view over the countryside and large sunbathing areas with loungers.

There is a lovely children's pool with water slides for the little ones.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way.

Football, table tennis, beach volleyball, boccia, water polo, tennis, archery, playing cards and other tournaments are organised on a daily basis.

The team also organises aerobics, water gymnastics and other courses.

There is a mini club for children.

Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists.

Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings.

There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer.

Several multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis, boccia courts, volleyball court and tennis courts are available to guests.

There is also a nice mini-golf course, an amusement arcade, pool tables and table football.

LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, football pitch, mini football pitch, handball, beach volleyball, inline skating, cycling and archery.

In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for every day with stretching, aqua aerobics and much more.

The resort has its own chapel, car hire, car wash, first aid station and massage parlour.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.

There is also a souvenir shop and a newsagent.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

The holiday complex has two restaurants, two bars, a snack bar, a pizzeria, a take-away, a crépérie and an ice cream parlour.

If you prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).

PETS One pet of max. 35 kg is welcome upon notification at the time of booking.

The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog.

If everything is in order on departure, the customer will be refunded 100 euros of the deposit and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.

SPECIAL A club card is obligatory and serves as a deposit which will be refunded.

The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50.

If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking or notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
