The holiday complex is located directly on Lake Garda and within walking distance of the town centre of Bardolino, which is one of the most beautiful towns around the lake.

In addition to a children's pool with water games and an adult pool with slides and massage jets, the resort also has a mini club/entertainment centre for children.

There is also entertainment for adults.

The resort also has a variety of sports facilities, a restaurant and a bar.

There is also a supermarket selling fresh food and toiletries.

The beach is shallow and therefore also suitable for families with children.

Various water sports can be practised on the beach.

Wifi is available in the holiday complex.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.

The Gabbiano mobile home is modern and brightly furnished.

The accommodation offers space for a maximum of 7 people.

The mobile home consists of a master bedroom and two children's rooms, each with two single beds.

The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping accommodation.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, Italian espresso pot, saucepans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC.

The WC is separate in some mobile homes.

The covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam by the pool.

Air conditioning and a charcoal or gas barbecue or an electric barbecue plate are available.

On request, you can book breakfast, half board or full board on site.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH On the directly adjacent pebble beach you can bring your own parasol, sun loungers or bath towels and enjoy Lake Garda to the full.

The beach is shallow and therefore also suitable for families with small children.

Here you can relax while your children let off steam in the water.

If you prefer to lie on the grass, there is a beautiful green meadow right next to the beach where you can spread out your towels, have a picnic or simply enjoy the sun.

For the little ones, there is a great paddling pool with a huge water play tower that will make children's hearts beat faster.

The entertainment team organises daily aquagym classes.

You can enjoy a refreshing drink or a light snack at the poolside snack bar.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The entertainment team organises plenty of entertainment for young and old.

Younger guests experience extraordinary adventures with the entertainment team every day in the mini club.

Painting, handicrafts, games, dances and sports tournaments are on the daily programme.

Every evening there is a baby dance with dancing, singing and face painting.

The entertainment team also organises courses on decorating Venetian masks and handicrafts with Swarovski stones.

Themed parties are organised every week in high season.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has a supermarket where you will find fresh food and a selection of everyday items.

There are other shops in the immediate vicinity.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, Italian espresso pot, saucepans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

Of course, you also have the option of eating in the restaurant with the wonderful panoramic terrace within the holiday complex.

The restaurant offers a take-away service.

The centre of Bardolino, where you can also indulge in culinary delights, is just a few minutes' walk away.

On request, you can book breakfast, half board or full board on site; advance booking is not necessary.

PETS Pets are NOT allowed.

SPECIALS The final cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50.

If required, a high chair and travel cot must be ordered at the time of booking or notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
