The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful Baia Domizia holiday complex right by the sea, the nearest village is Sessa Aurunca.

The holiday complex is surrounded by greenery.

The resort is just a few metres from the sea, making it ideal for families with small children.

The well-kept holiday village has all the amenities for a perfect family holiday, such as a children's pool, adult pool, whirlpool, entertainment, mini club, music events, cabaret, sports events, shopping facilities, kiosk, playground, restaurant, bar and bazaar.

The sports and leisure facilities include a tennis court, a football pitch, a table tennis table, beach volleyball and bicycle hire.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.

Wifi is available in the complex.

The Happy Standard mobile home offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including one child up to max. 12 years/60kg).

The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed.

The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping accommodation.

There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, Italian espresso pot, saucepans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC.

The cosy, semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

Bed linen, travel cot and high chair are also available (book at least one week before arrival).

Air conditioning and an electric barbecue are available.

Half or full board can also be booked on site on request.

Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The sandy beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and is located just a few metres from the fantastic holiday complex.

In addition to the private beach, you will also find a free sandy beach.

There is also a sunbathing area with grass.

So if you prefer fresh grass under your feet, you can make yourself comfortable there.

The beach is shallow and therefore also suitable for families with children.

There is plenty of space to relax right on the shore, let the children play carefree, go for long walks or play beach volleyball.

POOL Holiday guests have access to a children's pool with a water feature, a great pool for adults, a very shallow baby pool and a whirlpool.

The whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests.

Numerous sports activities are organised by the entertainment team.

Large sunbathing areas with loungers and parasols are available for relaxation.

There is a pool bar by the pool area where guests can enjoy fresh drinks and snacks.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The holiday village offers a baby and mini club.

The entertainment team organises daily workshops, group activities, sports tournaments, sports events, theme parties, gymnastics and yoga for children and adults.

The team also organises fun, entertaining evenings, cabaret, musicals and karaoke parades.

You and your children have the opportunity to make new friends from all over the world.

There is a nice playground for your children on the resort, which also gives you some free time for yourself.

LEISURE AND SPORTS If you want to keep fit on holiday, you are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, table tennis, beach volleyball court, football, water aerobics and swimming lessons are available.

Pedal boats can be hired on the beach.

Bicycle hire is also available.

There are various restaurants and beach bars in the holiday village where you can spend a cosy evening.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has a supermarket where you will find fresh food and a selection of everyday items.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and a fridge.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

You can of course also make use of the half-board or full-board service.

You are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).

PETS Pets are not allowed.

SPECIALS The final cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40.

If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
