This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The mobile home is located in a family-friendly accommodation in the beautiful 5-star holiday resort Bella Italia.
The old town of Peschiera is easily accessible via the pedestrian promenade along the lake.
The holiday resort is located directly on Lake Garda, which magically attracts visitors for splashing and swimming, canoeing or pedal boating.
The main attraction of the holiday resort is undoubtedly the large, fantastic pool area: five pools for swimmers and non-swimmers, special areas for younger guests, and a fun water mushroom ensure fun for young and old. The multilingual animation team organizes courses, tournaments, and games for guests of all ages every day. In the evening, you will be entertained with performances, musical moments, and events for an unforgettable holiday memory.
The resort has restaurants, a supermarket, a souvenir shop, medical services, several great playgrounds, a wide variety of sports facilities, and a well-equipped pebble beach.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. The Happy Premium mobile home is modern, bright, and comfortable.
It has three bedrooms and offers sleeping arrangements for up to 7 people.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator (small freezer compartment), a 4-burner gas stove, a sink, cutlery, crockery, and an Italian espresso maker.
The living area has a sofa bed. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and 2 bedrooms each have two single beds.

For outdoor use, there are garden furniture with a table, chairs, 2 loungers/deck chairs, and an electric grill plate.
This mobile home has a semi-covered wooden terrace.
Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have several properties of the same type. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in your desired season.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH The 1 km long pebble beach directly adjacent to the holiday resort is a large, free beach.
Those who prefer to lie on the grass will find a large grassy area on the beautiful beach of Lake Garda.
Many water sports activities are available to guests: windsurfing, paraflying, and rowing.
The ideal place to relax with a sunbath or to dedicate yourself to one of the many sports activities.
Snacks can be enjoyed in the shade of the restaurants located immediately on the beach, which offer a refreshingly delicious selection. POOL The pool area is simply overwhelming: 5 pools are available to holiday guests, which not only make children's hearts beat faster but are also a real experience for adults.
With water slides, a large water mushroom, and a water play area, fun is guaranteed.
A large sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas is available for relaxation.
A highlight is also the artificially created sandy beach by the pool area.
The whirlpool guarantees our adult guests complete relaxation. FAMILY FRIENDLY During the low and high season, a team of experienced, multilingual animators will gently liven up your stay.
Whether it's football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water aerobics, or archery, you certainly won't get bored.
There is a mini club for children aged 4 to 10. Your children will have the opportunity to participate as protagonists in evening shows, attend cooking classes and the circus school, or take part in the exciting treasure hunt.
Every evening, the animation team, along with international guests, offers you the best entertainment.
Furthermore, during the high season, there is a fantastic fireworks display every 15 days.
Those who want to be active have a wide selection: basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, bocce, archery, or tennis. LEISURE AND SPORT Those who want to stay fit even on holiday have a choice: football, beach volleyball, archery, or bocce are available.
Or keep fit with water aerobics twice a day. On the beach, you can go windsurfing, paraflying, rowing, pedal boating, or simply jog along the lake.
Bicycle rental is also available. SHOPPING The holiday resort has a grocery store where you can find fresh food as well as a wide selection of daily necessities. MEALS The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Shopping facilities are also nearby.
The restaurants will be happy to spoil you and also offer a large selection of takeaway meals. PETS Pets are NOT allowed. SPECIAL You can rent a buoy or a boat parking space.

The holiday resort is car-free.
Final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops, etc. are provided.
The accommodations are checked afterwards to ensure cleanliness.
Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50. High chairs and travel cots can be ordered when booking if desired, or must be requested at least 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed). The holiday resort borders directly on the shallow beach, making it ideal for families with small children.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Peschiera del Garda is located on the southeastern shore of Lake Garda. Peschiera's old town, completely surrounded by canals, lies within a mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. Strolling through the narrow alleys, you'll find many nice shops and small bars. Peschiera has one of the few train stations directly on Lake Garda and is therefore very well accessible by public transport. A small marina can also be found in Peschiera. Peschiera advertises barrier-free shops and is therefore ideally suited for wheelchair users and families with strollers. You can buy great souvenirs, as well as delicious salami, cheese, and fresh fruit and vegetables at bargain prices at the weekly markets. The market day in Peschiera is every Monday. Next to Peschiera lies the town of Castelnuovo del Garda. This town attracts visitors with a castle built in the 14th century by the Visconti, which towers over the old town of Castelnuovo. In just half an hour, you can reach Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course the world-famous Arena with open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for an extensive shopping trip. Even the picturesque Venice can still be easily reached from Peschiera. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from the white-water slide to the fairy-tale themed world, there's something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. In Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and counts several endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking path and get closer to animals such as rhinoceroses, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
