The mobile home is located in the family-friendly accommodation in the beautiful 5-star Bella Italia holiday complex. The old town of Peschiera is easily accessible via the promenade along the lake. The holiday village is located directly on Lake Garda, which has a magical attraction: for splashing and swimming, canoeing or pedal boating. The main attraction of the holiday village is certainly the large, fantastic pool area: five pools for swimmers and non-swimmers, extra areas for younger guests and a fun water mushroom provide fun for young and old. The multilingual entertainment team organises courses, tournaments and games for guests of all ages every day. In the evening you will be entertained with performances, musical moments and events for an unforgettable memory of this holiday. The resort has restaurants, a supermarket, souvenir shop, medical service, Wifi, several great playgrounds, a wide variety of sports and a well-equipped pebble beach. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. The modern Happy Superior mobile home is bright and cosy and offers space for a maximum of 7 people. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, directly connected to one of the bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and is equipped with a fridge (with small freezer compartment), 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, microwave, toaster and mocha coffee pot as well as a filter coffee machine. The living area has 2 Bluetooth speakers and a USB port. There are also mosquito nets on the bedroom and living room windows. The two bathrooms have a washbasin, a WC, a shower, a mirror and a hairdryer. The covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, 2 loungers/deckchairs, a hanging chair, a clothes horse and a charcoal or gas barbecue or an electric barbecue plate invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. The journey time from the Italian border is approx. 2 hours. Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
ARRIVAL DAY + STAY PERIOD Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The 1 km long pebble beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex is a large, free beach. Those who prefer to lie on grass will find a large green area on the beautiful Lake Garda beach. There are many water sports facilities available to guests: Windsurfing, paraflying, water skiing and rowing. The ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to take part in one of the many sports activities. A snack can be taken in the shade of the restaurants located directly on the beach, which offer a refreshingly tasty menu.
POOL The pool area is simply stunning: holiday guests have 5 pools at their disposal, which not only make children's hearts beat faster, but also offer a real experience for adults. With water slides, a large water mushroom and a water feature, fun is guaranteed. A large sunbathing area with loungers and parasols is available for relaxation. Another highlight is the artificial sandy beach by the pool area. The whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for our adult guests. LOCATION The holiday complex borders directly on the gently sloping beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children. FAMILY-FRIENDLY In the low and high season, a group of experienced, multilingual entertainers will liven up your holiday in a gentle way. Whether it's football, table tennis, beach volleyball, aquagym or archery, you'll never be bored. There is a Mini Club for children aged 4 to 10. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists, attend cookery courses and the circus school or take part in the exciting treasure hunt. Every evening, the entertainment team offers you the best entertainment together with international guests. There is also a fantastic firework display every 15 days during the high season. There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer: Basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, boccia, archery or tennis. LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: football, beach volleyball, archery or boccia are available. Or keep fit with water gymnastics twice a day. On the beach you can learn windsurfing, paraflying, waterskiing, rowing, pedal boating or simply jogging along the lake. Bicycle hire is also available. SHOPPING The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, filter coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The restaurants are happy to spoil you and also offer a large selection of takeaway meals. PETS Pets are NOT allowed. SPECIAL FEATURES You can hire a buoy or a boat mooring. There is a beautiful fireworks display every 15 days during the high season. The holiday complex is car-free. The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking or notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
