The resort is situated directly on the western shore of Lake Garda, near the lovely town of Manerba del Garda.
The quiet location amidst nature guarantees a relaxing holiday.
However, fun and entertainment are also not neglected here: children can enjoy the playground and, in high summer, the mini-club.
The resort features a beautiful pool area with a whirlpool and children's pool, a sand court suitable for football and beach volleyball, a bicycle rental, a restaurant with bar and take-away service, a small supermarket, a TV room, a barbecue station, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The spacious Giada mobile home offers space for a maximum of 6 people, including babies.
The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms, each with two single beds.
The living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots, a gas stove, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a hairdryer.
The toilet with an additional sink is separate.
The covered terrace with a table, chairs, and 2 loungers, as well as the small garden, invite you to relax comfortably while the children can let off steam on the playground or by the pool.
The driving time from the Italian border is approx. 2 hours.

Enjoy a relaxing sunbathe or take a refreshing dip in the cool lake.
The beautiful pebble beach has both a free section and an area where loungers and umbrellas can be rented.
Four-legged friends are also welcome in this part of the beach.
At the end of the beach, you will find a small harbor where pedal boats can be rented. POOL The beautiful pool area features a large lagoon pool for adults with underwater massage and a small children's pool.
Loungers and umbrellas are available around the pool and on the lawn for relaxation.
A special highlight for adult guests is the rooftop whirlpool, offering complete relaxation with a wonderful view over the resort.
Sporty guests can enjoy Aquagym, organized by the professional animation team during the high season.
Those who need a little refreshment after a dip in the cool water can find it at the restaurant right next to the pool area. FAMILY FRIENDLY During the high season, a multilingual animation team ensures great entertainment for young and old.
Children can let off steam on the playground, make new friends in the mini-club, and have fun at the mini-disco in the evening.
The professional animation team also organizes Aquagym and aerobics.
In the evening, you can enjoy live music 1-2 times a week.

Manerba del Garda is idyllically situated on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. From the Rocca del Manerba, a castle ruin on a distinctive rock near Montinelle, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the southern part of Lake Garda. Montinelle is one of the eight villages that make up the municipality of Manerba, nestled amidst the olive groves and vineyards of Valtenesis. In Manerba, you will find picturesque shorelines, the small harbour of Porto Dusano, and the Punta Belvedere peninsula. From its tip, you can wade over to the cypress-covered island of San Biagio, and its shallow areas offer delightful bathing spots. Every Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the weekly market takes place below the church, offering everything your heart desires: from select food items and delicious liqueurs to pet supplies, fashion, and kitchenware. Enjoy the atmosphere while strolling through the market stalls. In just one hour, you can reach Verona for a city trip, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-renowned Arena with its open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, inviting you for an extensive shopping spree. Even the picturesque Venice is easily accessible from Manerba del Garda. A drive around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For instance, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, one of Italy's largest amusement parks. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions ranging from a whitewater ride to a fairytale-themed world, there's something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. In Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and counts numerous endangered species among its inhabitants, such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda. On a walking path, visitors can go on a safari and, separated only by natural barriers, get closer to animals like rhinos, hippos, and monkeys.
