The accommodation is located in the Borgo Alba Chiara residence in Toscolano Maderno.

The complex and the accommodation were created during the restoration of an old Renaissance building from the 16th century.

During the restoration, great care was taken to preserve the existing building elements such as the brick and stone vaults and the stone balconies.

The complex is located just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Lake Garda.

The residence also has a pool area with two pools, which invite both young and old to splash around together.

Guests also have access to a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

The 50 square metre three-room flat Trilo A3 offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including babies).

The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds or a single bed.

If required, the double sofa bed and an additional folding couch (in the variant with only one single bed in the children's room) in the combined living and dining area offer additional sleeping options.

Depending on the layout and flat variant, the two bedrooms are located in the open gallery on the top floor.

The well-equipped kitchenette in the living area has an electric cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a filter coffee machine, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, hairdryer, WC and shower.

Some of the accommodation has an outdoor area (balcony/terrace).

There is a barbecue area next to the playground, which can be used by all guests.

So nothing stands in the way of a cosy barbecue evening.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The complex is only a few minutes away from the public pebble beach, so nothing stands in the way of a day of swimming with the family! A little further away is the "Lido Azzuro" in Maderno.

It is one of the few sandy beaches on the lake and is subject to a charge.

There are parasols, a playground for children and a diving platform.

For guests travelling with their faithful four-legged friends, there is also a dog beach near the accommodation called "Bau Beach".

This includes a kiosk, parasols for dogs and a lifeguard to ensure the safety of all guests.

POOL The residence has a manageable pool area with a children's pool for younger guests to let off steam and a pool with a whirlpool for experienced swimmers.

Relax by the pool and enjoy the marvellous view of the village and the lake.

Sunshades and sunbeds are available to guests free of charge.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The resort is not only popular with families thanks to its proximity to the beach - there is also a children's pool and a small playground for younger guests to let off steam! Families with small children also have the option of renting a set consisting of a high chair, a cot and a baby bath on site.

LEISURE AND SPORT In addition to the pool in the complex, guests also have the opportunity to go for a hike through the hills.

Those who wish can also try windsurfing on the beach or visit one of the tennis courts and golf courses in the area (for a fee).

There's never a dull moment on Lake Garda! SHOPPING In the vicinity of the residence you will find shops where you can stock up on everyday items and groceries.

The centre of Maderno is also great for a stroll.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchenette with an electric cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a filter coffee machine, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

If you prefer to be cooked for on holiday, you can also visit one of the restaurants within walking distance.

PETS A maximum of one pet of small to medium size (approx. 15kg) is permitted in the accommodation provided for this purpose, subject to notification at the time of booking.
