The accommodation is located in the well-kept Francesco holiday village in Caorle and borders directly on the Adriatic Sea.

The family-friendly holiday village has a very large pool complex with slides, playgrounds, entertainment/miniclub, restaurants with international cuisine and many sports facilities.

This and the wide, gently sloping sandy beach make the holiday village the ideal holiday destination.

The ground-floor Holiday Home Mini is suitable for 2 people and has its own garden.

The holiday home consists of a bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed.

The kitchenette integrated into the living room is equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave, an Italian espresso pot and a fridge.

The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.

The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH On this stretch of coast you will find all the amenities and services of a modern holiday resort.

Sun loungers and parasols (for hire) as well as a spacious free sandy beach are just as much a part of the offer as water sports: surf school, catamarans, water skiing, banana and parasailing.

The 'Panda' section of the beach also offers a shaded picnic area, beach volleyball and boccia.

POOL Guests at the holiday village can choose from a total of nine swimming pools spread around the resort as an alternative to swimming in the sea.

The pools offer something for everyone.

There is the Tropical Pool with sea views and an integrated children's pool, the Maxim Pool and the Residence Pool with waterfalls and water features and the Penelope Pool with slides near the chalets.

Those who want even more can let off steam in the water park with its four pools, two slides, a whirlpool, games for children and gym facilities for adults.

LOCATION The holiday village is right next to the beach, making it ideal for families with small children.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY A whole range of entertainment programmes await you, adapted to both your age and your interests.

In the Francesco holiday village, entertainment for young and old is already included and you do NOT have to pay for an additional club card.

Enjoy your holiday by leaving everything to the professional entertainers.

There are countless programmes at your disposal, from sports, fitness and excursions to dance classes, creative programmes for the little ones and interesting evening programmes.

Young guests are especially spoilt here.

The holiday village offers entertainment for all ages and has three different clubs: 1.

LEISURE AND SPORTS The entertainment team organises football, basketball, table tennis, volleyball and water polo tournaments for teenagers aged 9-13 (Junior Club) and adults over 14.

You can also take part in various courses: Windsurfing, sailing boat, tennis, swimming.

The animation team proposes an exclusive programme with entertainment and fun for all tastes and ages.

You can entrust your children to the experienced child carers so that they can take part in the Flinky Club (ages 3-6), Teen Club (ages 7-10) or Be Free Club (ages 11-15).

Every evening, guests are treated to various shows and performances.

SHOPPING The holiday village has a supermarket with meat, fish, grocery and bakery sections, bazaar, tobacco, boutique, newsagent, photo shop and souvenir shop.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

You can of course also make use of the half-board or full-board service at favourable conditions.

PETS Pets are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking.

More than three pets are possible on request.

SPECIALS A doctor is available daily in the holiday village.

In his surgery, he measures and regulates blood pressure, treats minor wounds and burns, and treats travel sickness and complaints caused by changes in climate and diet.

For more serious problems, which we of course hope will never occur, there is a hospital in Caorle, just 5 km from the holiday village.
