This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The accommodation is located in the small-scale Residence Laura, not far from the beautiful, wide, and gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano-Sabbiadoro.
Shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The wonderful and large garden invites you to barbecue, play, and relax.
Your vehicle can be parked directly next to the house.
Entertainment and sports facilities are available in Lignano-Sabbiadoro in a wide selection. The 60-square-meter four-room bungalow D8 offers space for a maximum of 8 people (overcrowding with a baby is possible upon request). The accommodation has two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, and a children's room with a bunk bed (the top bed is ideally planned for a child up to 12 years old). If needed, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two additional sleeping possibilities.
The separate kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, filter coffee machine, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The simply but functionally furnished living area has a fireplace, which invites you to a relaxing family evening.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a toilet, a bidet, and a shower.
The furnished and covered terrace invites you to linger, while the children can romp on the lawn.
Fancy a cozy barbecue evening with family and friends? No problem! The terrace has a fireplace that can be used for grilling (the grill grate can be brought along or borrowed if needed). Families with children also have the option to rent a travel cot (please specify when booking). A high chair can be borrowed upon request when booking, against a deposit.
Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
Travel time from the Italian border approx. 4 hours. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the days of arrival and departure as well as the minimum length of stay in your desired seasonal period.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Or rent a pedal boat and enjoy the vast sea. Various entertainment activities also take place on the beach.
All in all, it is the ideal place to relax during a sunbath or to engage in one of the sports activities.
The beach bar provides refreshment, where you can enjoy not only the most delicious drinks but also a quick, refreshing snack.

The beach is also equipped with wide walkways, ensuring passage with a stroller. POOL While the residence does not have a pool, the beautiful sandy beach of Lignano-Sabbiadoro is just a stone's throw away. FAMILY FRIENDLY The sandy beach, which gently slopes into the sea, is easily accessible on foot and therefore ideal for families with small children.
Enjoy a walk with your family on the promenade of Lignano-Sabbiadoro and be enchanted by the various street artists and impressions.
If you need a travel cot for your child, you can rent one on site. LEISURE AND SPORTS For those who want to stay fit on vacation, the choice is vast: windsurfing, kite surfing, or perhaps a canoe trip? Of course, bicycles can also be rented to explore Lignano-Sabbiadoro comfortably on two wheels.
You will also find a tennis court and horse riding facilities nearby. SHOPPING The center and shopping facilities are only a few minutes' walk from the residence.
This allows you not only to stock up on groceries and daily necessities but also offers various opportunities for strolling. MEALS The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, filter coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Shopping facilities are also in close proximity.
If you prefer to eat in a restaurant, the city center of Lignano-Sabbiadoro offers a wide selection. LOCATION
Thanks to its advantageous location, you can easily explore Lignano-Sabbiadoro on foot or by bike. The accommodation is located not far from the town center of Lignano-Sabbiadoro. The beach can also be reached conveniently on foot.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
This part of Lignano Sabbiadoro is more centrally located. This means everything you need is within walking distance. Here you will find restaurants on every corner, bars on the beach and in the city, as well as discos for every taste. On the 5km long shopping street, you are sure to find great clothes and small items. In just a few minutes you can reach the two amusement parks Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, which offer fun for the whole family. Nevertheless, the nature around Sabbiadoro should not be forgotten! Sabbiadoro is not least known for its 8km long sandy beach, which has also been awarded the blue flag. But the small pine forests and the beautiful walking and cycling paths also provide recreation and relaxation. If you like harbors, you've come to the right place! There are several harbors here with a total of 4000 berths. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. If you want to take a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Let yourself be transported into a romantic mood with a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleys, cross the Rialto Bridge, and visit St. Mark's Square and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where 52-degree warm water springs from a depth of 500m. For those who prefer it wilder, the theme park Aquasplash in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano is recommended. For smaller children, the 3000m2 large playground Rio Blu in Bibione is also suitable. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats, and much more. Restaurants, bars, and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoiled here! Several churches, palaces, and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or during a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon hidden behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! Animals, plants, and waters will delight you with their absolute and untouched beauty!
