The holiday village is situated in Sottomarina and borders directly on the well-known historic town of Chioggia (also known as Little Venice).
The holiday village includes bungalows, mobile homes, and pitches.
In addition to a large swimming pool, a children's paddling pool is also available.
Playgrounds, entertainment, and a kids' club are also part of the amenities.
The resort borders directly on the gently sloping sandy beach, making swimming in the pool and sea a varied pleasure.
Dogs are not allowed in the entire holiday village.
The holiday village also features a supermarket with fresh fruit and vegetables, a restaurant-pizzeria, a snack bar, a kiosk, and a bazaar – all amenities for a perfect family holiday. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with either two single beds or a bunk bed (a fall-down guard can be added upon booking if needed).
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
The living area also has satellite TV and air conditioning.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, and sink.
Apartments on the ground floor have a small garden with a table and chairs, while units on the first or second floor have a balcony with a table and chairs.
Travel time from the Italian border is approx. 3 hours.
If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival).

LOCATION
The holiday village borders directly onto the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. Approximately a 10-minute walk from the center of Sottomarina.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Sottomarina is a suburb of Chioggia on the beautiful Adriatic coast. It is popular not only with young people, who come to Sottomarina from all parts of the Veneto region, especially on summer weekends, but also with families, as children can find everything they need here. The beautiful promenade runs behind the wide, 6 km long sandy beach. The southern part of Sottomarina is entirely dedicated to tourism, while the northern part, the old town of Sottomarina, is more similar to Chioggia. In the evenings, the town invites you for a stroll or to relax in one of the many restaurants. Sottomarina is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area and beyond. You can reach famous art cities like Venice or Padua in a short time. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, easily accessible via a bridge that is over 800 meters long. It's not for nothing that Chioggia is also called "Little Venice," as its palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, Chioggia's lifestyle is much more relaxed. Every Thursday, the weekly market takes place in Chioggia, which is one of the largest in the entire region. The Botanical Garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also definitely worth a visit. For those who prefer a day full of fun, a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europa-Park plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna is recommended.

Sehr nettes personal & gastfreundlich!
Im Großen & ganzen weiter zu empfehlen.
Sind jetzt das zweite Mal da & diesmal in einer Wohnung, würde das mobile Home das nächste Mal wieder bevorzugen.

Das Haus war perfekt für die Größe der Personen. Terrasse war genug Platz
Außerhalb vom Platz sehr gute Pizzeria
Rezeption sehr unfreundlich vorallem die Damen haben Angst das Sie mal Arbeiten müssen.
Der Bademeister total unfreundlich. Eine falsche Bewegung und er pfiff, da macht der Pool keinen Spaß.
Die Dusche im Haus eine Katastrophe entweder sau kalt oder sau heiß, Duschen mit Kindern eine langwierige Geschichte.
Geschirr ein bisschen knapp bemessen

Schöne geräumige 2-Schlafzimmer-Wohnung. Wir fanden sowohl die Wohnung als auch den Campingplatz sauber. Auch das Schwimmbad. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Viele Bars und Geschäfte in der Nähe
