The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Park Umag holiday complex in Istria and is one of the larger complexes in Croatia.

The holiday village borders directly on the sea and is therefore ideal for families.

The holiday park has a large green area and the numerous facilities make this an ideal place to spend your holiday.

In addition to a large children's pool with a pirate ship and slides, the resort also has a swimming pool, a great playground and a mini club/entertainment programme for children.

There is also an entertainment programme for teenagers and adults, a wide range of sports activities, a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlour and a well-equipped beach.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.

The Happy Premium accommodation offers space for 7 people and is modern and beautifully furnished.

The mobile home consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds.

There is another bed in the living room.

There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers/deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

An electric barbecue is available.

On request, you can also dine à la carte in the restaurant on site.

Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the days of arrival and departure and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The private beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex consists of pebbles and rocky plateaus.

Sunbeds and parasols are already available for you here.

Many water sports facilities are available to guests: Windsurfing, bouncy castle in the sea, canoeing; private and group sports courses are organised by trained staff.

There are also beach volleyball courts and a fitness zone for gymnastics in the water on the beach.

The beach is therefore the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to engage in one of the many sports activities.

A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting, refreshingly tasty range of dishes.

Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.

POOL Holidaymakers have a large pool at their disposal, as well as large sunbathing areas with loungers and parasols.

There is a lovely paddling pool with a water feature for the little ones.

There is also a baby pool for very young guests.

The whirlpool pool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way.

Football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, tennis and games tournaments are organised on a daily basis.

The team also organises aerobics, water gymnastics, Zumba, yoga, Pilates and other courses.

There is a mini club for children and a teen club for older children.

There is also a playground as well as trampolines and bouncy castles.

Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists.

Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings.

There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer.

Multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis, volleyball court and tennis courts are available to guests.

There is also a nice mini-golf course.

LEISURE AND SPORT Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball, cycle paths, trekking trails and jogging routes.

In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for every day with stretching, aqua aerobics, yoga, Zumba and much more.

Windsurfs, small boats, diving lessons and canoes can be hired/booked on the beach.

Bicycle hire is also available.

By bike you can follow beautiful cycle paths and enjoy the marvellous view of the crystal blue sea.

It also has a 3 km long promenade by the sea, which is ideal for walking or cycling.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.

There is also a fruit and vegetable market, a fishmonger, a souvenir shop, an ATM and a delicious bakery.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

The holiday park also offers a restaurant, a take-away, an ice cream parlour, bars and a pancake house.

PETS Pets are NOT allowed.

SPECIAL There is a first aid station in the holiday park.

The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are available.

The accommodation is inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50.

If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking or notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
