The holiday resort is located in Livorno, directly on the coast and in close proximity to the sea.
It offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a mini-market, a swimming pool with a separate children's area, a playground, a restaurant, and numerous other amenities.
Due to the slightly elevated position of the resort, guests enjoy a breathtaking view of the open sea every day – whether during breakfast on the restaurant terrace or from the panorama viewing plateau of the holiday village. The brick bungalows are built in typical Tuscan architecture and can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people.
The bungalow consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed and (when booking for 5 people) a pull-out bed.
The well-equipped kitchenette in the living area has a gas stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Air conditioning and satellite TV are provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a bidet.
A covered terrace with a table and chairs invites you to relax outdoors, while children can romp around on the playground or by the pool.
Barbecuing is permitted at the barbecue area.
Travel time from the Italian border approx. 3 hours.

POOL The pool area is ideal for relaxing, swimming a few laps, or simply enjoying the sun.
For children, there is a separate shallow pool, while adults can relax on a sun lounger by the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY The resort offers children aged 3 and up an indoor and outdoor area with creative workshops, group games, mini-sports tournaments, and table tennis.
The kids' club is open from mid-June to mid-September, with adult supervision required for children up to 5 years old.
For older guests aged 16 and over, there is a new room with billiards and table football for relaxed evenings and exciting duels.
The game room is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

LOCATION
The property is located in Livorno, directly on the Tuscan coast, just a few minutes from the city center. It is approximately 20 km from Pisa Airport and 90 km from Florence, with good connections to larger cities and regional attractions.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Livorno is the third-largest city in the beautiful region of Tuscany, about 20 km southwest of Pisa. It is home to one of Italy's largest ports. Those interested in sightseeing can visit ancient churches, monuments, or the Cathedral in the old town. Piazza Grande forms the heart of the city. There are also various museums, and in the summer, various events take place. For culinary experiences, the city offers an abundance of choices thanks to countless restaurants. Those who wish can try the famous fish stew Cacciucco or a Torta di Ceci (a type of pizza). The streets of Livorno, with the large Mercato Nuovo, are always bustling. The surrounding towns offer various restaurants, cafes, and nightclubs. Interesting cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, or Florence await as day trip destinations. A visit to the medieval town of Volterra is also highly recommended! Die Bungalows sind schon in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Parkplatz über eine viel befahrene Straße ( Vorsicht mit Kindern ) und nicht bewacht. Pool nicht sehr groß und man würd zur einer Benutzung einer Liege (6 Euro ) fast gezwungen. Strand sehr klein und steinig und nicht aufgeräumt. Restaurant relativ teuer aber gut.Personal im allgemeinen sehr freundlich.
